Heka Playing Cards by Gabriel Borden is a unique card game that combines the mysterious world of ancient Egypt with modern card magic. The deck is inspired by Heka, the Egyptian deity associated with magic and medicine.

In ancient Egypt, Heka also stood for the magical power that, according to Egyptian tradition, played an important role in the world. This symbolism forms the inspiration for the design and the hidden secrets of the card game.

The theme is further developed through a historical story about Henry Westcar, who acquired a remarkable papyrus during a trip through Egypt in 1824. You can discover more about this papyrus and the mysteries associated with it in the accompanying digital documentation.

Heka, however, is more than just a beautifully designed theme deck. The playing cards feature a clever marking system that gives magicians extra possibilities during their card routines.

The marking system is explained in detail in a PDF accessible via a QR code. In this documentation, you will discover not only how the markings work, but also what other secrets and special features are hidden within the deck.

Additionally, two special gaff cards are included. These offer additional possibilities for card tricks and special effects.

The cards are designed in the familiar poker format and printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC).

Heka Playing Cards is therefore an interesting combination of Egyptian mythology, hidden details, and practical card magic. A special deck for magicians who enjoy working with marked playing cards, but also for collectors who love card games with a mysterious theme and a story.

You receive the Heka Playing Cards deck, including two Gaff cards and access to the comprehensive PDF explaining the marking system and the hidden properties of the card game.
