Legend of the King is a brand-new and visually stunning card effect in which a playing card literally transforms from two dimensions to three. This routine combines classic storytelling magic with modern, highly visual card tricks and brings a story of power, betrayal, and triumph to life in your hands.

The effect begins with the free display of a deck of cards to the audience. The cards are taken from the box and a royal family is introduced. In every royal family, two figures are the most important: the king and, of course, the prince, the Jack. But this prince is impatient. Instead of waiting for his inheritance, he used black magic to make his father, the king, disappear. The card is left mysteriously blank.

Just when it seems as though the prince has succeeded, the story takes a dramatic turn. The king turns out to be far more powerful than expected. Through sheer willpower, he breaks the curse, returns to existence, and appears in a stunning visual moment, in fully three-dimensional form, on the previously empty map. The throne has been reclaimed.

This is Legend of the King.

The effect is exceptionally visual yet surprisingly simple to execute, making it suitable for magicians of all levels. The combination of the King's disappearance and his impossible three-dimensional return creates a layered, unforgettable experience that the audience will be talking about long after the performance.

Legend of the King comes with premium quality gimmicks from Joker Magic, durable accessories designed for repeated use, and detailed video instructions. Everything is in the box to get started right away. You only need your own blue-rimmed Bicycle deck.
