PICK ME by Mickael Chatelain is a particularly strong signed card routine in which a freely chosen card escapes from a completely sealed card box in a seemingly impossible manner. The circumstances become increasingly impossible, while the spectator performs a significant part of the actions themselves.

A spectator chooses a card from your own regular deck completely freely. There is no force, and the choice may even be changed. The card is signed and lost back in the deck. Subsequently, the entire deck is immediately returned to the box.

Afterwards, the spectator also signs a sticker, thereby sealing the opening of the card box themselves. The closed box can be inspected and shuffled; the deck of cards is clearly still inside. Subsequently, the sealed box disappears into your jacket pocket only briefly.

You show your empty hand and put it in your pocket. Almost immediately, your hand comes out again with only one playing card between your fingers. When the card is turned over, it turns out to be exactly the spectator's chosen and signed card.

But the effect doesn't end there. The card box reappears and turns out to still be sealed with the signed sticker. The spectator can remove the seal themselves and take the deck out of the box. Only one card is missing: their own signed card.

PICK ME works with your own standard deck of cards and uses a special, discreet gimmick. According to the creator, no force is needed, the routine requires no complicated manipulations, and the reset is instantaneous. The chosen card is actually signed by the spectator, and the card box is genuinely sealed with the signed sticker.
