A fun and straightforward prediction routine based on the well-known game Rock, Paper, Scissors.

You show three small tokens with the symbols rock, paper, and scissors. You give these to a spectator who holds them in their hand. Next, you introduce an envelope and explain that your prediction is inside.

The spectator freely chooses one of the three tokens and places it face down on the table. The choice is therefore made while the participant holds the tokens.

Next, you open the prediction envelope and take out your prediction. When both symbols are compared, your prediction turns out to show exactly the symbol that beats the spectator's free choice according to the well-known rules of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

If the spectator chooses rock, for example, then your prediction must be paper. With paper, scissors would win, and with scissors, rock is the winner. Yet your prediction turns out to be exactly right.

The routine can be presented as a magical prediction, but it also lends itself perfectly to a lighthearted and interactive game with the audience.

You receive three small symbol tokens with Rock, Paper, Scissors, one prediction token, one round magnetic metal disc, one prediction envelope, and one magnetic extraction gimmick.
