With Lumière by Agus Tjiu, card prediction literally takes on a new dimension. A chosen playing card is not revealed by a printed prediction, a card exchange, or a visible mechanism, but by something much more unexpected: shadow.

A spectator selects a card. Next, you shine a light on a seemingly random playing card. The resulting shadow mysteriously reveals the value and color of the chosen card. A remarkable visual moment, where the reveal unfolds right before your audience's eyes.

It is precisely the simplicity of Lumière that makes the effect so strong. It does not involve flaps or complex mechanical constructions, and the handling is straightforward. Preparation is simple, making Lumière also suitable for magicians who do not yet have much experience with gimmicked cards.
