Naturally, you only ever open the door where the die doesn't seem to be at that moment. This makes for a lot of hilarious interaction with the audience.

After some back-and-forth, the surprise follows. You open all four doors, and the die has actually disappeared. As a powerful finale, it reappears in the hat that was shown empty at the beginning.
