INK REDIBLE X by Nicholas Dakin is a highly visual card trick in which drawn X's appear to move across a playing card right before the spectator's eyes. The effect is based on the original INK REDIBLE concept and comes with a specially crafted gimmick.

A spectator freely chooses a playing card and signs the front. Then, four black X's are drawn on the back, one in each corner of the card.

Then the impossible begins. Without covering the card, the X's jump visible one by one to the top-left corner. Eventually, all four black X's are together in the same corner.

The signed card can then be handed to the spectator, complete with all four X's in their new position. This gives the routine a strong and tangible finale.

The specially manufactured gimmick is designed without flaps, half holes, or parts that need to be opened or closed at the bottom during the effect. Operation is easy to learn, and the reset takes only about two seconds.
